Here are some examples of common everyday wear and tear / accidental damage found on cars, where ChipsAway Midlothian can help:

Bumper scuffs, scrapes and splits even where there is a textured finish

Stone chips please note however, this is usually a purely cosmetic and protective procedure whereby the damage is touched-in with the correct colour coded paint (repairing the damage to the paintwork caused by a single stone chip properly requires a much larger area to be stripped back, re-painted and re-lacquered). I can touch-in stone chips when carrying out other repair work to your car but I don’t offer this as a stand-alone chargeable service.

Pricing

It is impossible for me to price a repair precisely without seeing the damage, as the work and materials involved in a repair can vary greatly from one piece of damage to the next. I am pleased to offer free, I-come-to-you estimates where I will give you a firm price quote.

Another option however is to send me digital photos of your damage via email to clive.liddiard@chipsaway.co.uk. Try to include one that shows the damage as close-up (while still in focus) as possible, and another that is zoomed far enough out to give me an idea of the scale of the repair. I will be able to provide ''guide'' figures in these circumstances.
